In order to root or install custom room in smartphone's. First should be unlocking the boot loader. It is an easy for some of smartphone brand's such as onepuls or google pixel. But extremely difficult with other brand's, the xiaomi is top's that.

How to unlock Bootloader?

Step 1:

First you create Mi account with your phone number. after that Enable the find my phone option and update your current location it is necessary.

You will find the settings under Mi Account > Mi Cloud > Find Device

Step 2:

Now you enable the developer option so going to setting's >Tab on about phone >Scroll down and tab on MIUI version slot on five times. This will unlock the developer option.

Step 3:

Now you going to additional setting >Enable OME unlocking > Enable Usb debugging > and check Mi unlock status.

Now you download mi unlock tool for windows. link is given below

After download the tool you will extract and install your pc.

Step 4:

Now open MI unlock tool and login you account.

Step 5:

After login your account the screen will be this below image.

Now you need to put your mobile fastboot mode. so first switch off your smartphone. Take a moment and hold the power button and lower volume button simultaneously. This will open up the fast boot mode in your MIUI device. Now, connect the phone with the computer via USB cable.

Step 6:

After connecting your phone into computer. Now enable the unblock button.

Step 7:

Now click to unblock button to unblock your phone.

This process take more time so wait and your first attempt, the Mi unlock tool will flash the message, “Couldn’t unlock, Please unlock 168 hours later”. For those who don’t know, this is the infamous Xiaomi bootloader unlock waiting period where, sometimes, users end up waiting for months

Step 8:

After 168 hour's later you will try again to unlock you phone.

Step 9:

After completing the unlocking process switch on you mobile and go to check bootloder unlocked status.
